Some Creative Frequently Asked Questions

• What is the difference between a session and a package?
  A session is the time you give the photographer and the package is the product you purchase after the session.

• Should I get my haircut close to my session?
  We highly suggest getting your haircut at least 1-2 weeks prior, just incase you do not like your haircut or have a bad hair day.

• If using your own cap and gown, should I take it out of the bag in advance?
  Yes! We highly recommend you take it out of the bag and steam it. Your cap and gown will have many wrinkles.

• Should I try my clothes on the day I am having my photoshoot for the first time?
  No, we highly recommend you try your clothes on at least a week prior to your photoshoot just to make sure everything fits.

• Why does it take 3-4 weeks to receive my portraits?
  It’s not that it take 3-4 weeks to process your portraits, it’s that you are in line to get processed. We usually have about 75-150 clients weekly during busy season.
